Yes, a customer is allowed to cancel a trip and get refund only if ticket cancellation request is given 30 minutes before departure.
Here is a classification of our ferry fares for children
- A child from 0-5years no ticket is required
- A child from 6-12 year old fare is Tsh15,000 for resident and $ 25 for non resident and;
- A child above 12 years old fare is Tsh25,000 for residents and $ 30 for nonresident depending on a class chosen.
There are four classes namely; Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP.
